Our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant, spread across 11,635 sq. meters in Umbergaon, Gujarat, is ISO-certified and equipped with advanced German technology. Here, we produce both Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) and Metal Composite Panels (MCP) that meet world-class standards in performance, durability, and aesthetics.

Technology
At Pioneer Panels, we address the core challenges in ACP and MCP manufacturing through advanced German technology and precision-driven processes. Common issues such as un-melted fragments causing surface bubbles, bonding failures leading to delamination, and adhesive transfer from the Surface Protective Film (SPF) resulting in black patches and project delays, are effectively tackled at our facility.

Our Laboratory
At Pioneer Panels, quality isn’t a checkbox—it’s our culture. Our in-house laboratory stands as a testament to this commitment, ensuring that every Aluminium and Metal Composite Panel (ACP & MCP) we produce meets the highest standards of performance and reliability. Equipped with advanced testing equipment and operated by skilled professionals, our lab follows rigorous protocols aligned with ASTM and BIS standards.
We conduct a wide range of critical tests including melt flow index, density, ash content, moisture content, hardness, tensile strength, elongation, and yield point testing. Surface integrity and coating durability are validated through solvent rub tests, dry film thickness measurement, adhesion tests, impact resistance, T-bend, pencil hardness, and colour retention checks. Additionally, our panels undergo hot air oven testing and peel strength evaluation to ensure long-lasting bond performance and weather resistance.
From raw materials to finished products, our testing processes guarantee that every panel that leaves our facility carries the Pioneer stamp of assurance—crafted with precision, built to last.

Pioneer Panels is a leading manufacturer of Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) and Metal Composite Panels (MCP) in India, with a strong focus on Fire-Retardant (FR) grade products. Established in 2018 with its corporate headquarters in Mumbai, Pioneer has rapidly earned a reputation for excellence in quality, innovation, and service.
Our manufacturing facility is located in Umbergaon, Gujarat, spread across 11,635 sq. meters, and equipped with fully automated, FR-grade-compatible machinery. Operated by a highly skilled workforce, the plant combines precision engineering with advanced safety systems to ensure both product integrity and employee well-being. With an annual production capacity of approximately 3 million square feet, the unit is designed to meet the demands of large-scale and time-sensitive projects.
We proudly adhere to internationally recognized quality and environmental management systems, and our certifications include ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, CE, and OHSAS 18001:2007. Our products are rigorously tested and verified by esteemed institutions such as SGS, ARAI, and Shriram Institute for Industrial Research.

Meet the Founders
Naresh Mehta
Co Founder
Pioneer Panels is a brainchild of Mr. Naresh Mehta. He is a commerce degree holder with an experience of 25 years in various industries. He initiated his career in the plywood and veneer industry making transition into the ACP industry later. He has over 15 years of experience in the ACP industry. He manages the Sales and Marketing division of Pioneer Panels.
Arun Mehta
Co Founder
Mr. Arun Mehta, a commerce graduate with an experience of 20 years in the ACP industry has good business acumen. Previously, working in the Marble sector made him the best for escalation management. Here, his responsibilities include strategic planning and guiding towards the best business direction.
Sunil Mehta
Co Founder
Sunil Mehta, a commerce graduate and youngest member of the team has a great relationship with number theory. Heading the accounts and finance department of the company and managing the day to day operations are the responsibilities. He has varied experience with different industries for 20 years such as paper, marble, and now ACP.
